Good points there. Germany may well not have Las Vegas yet, but it's on the way to Macau. The Venetian Macau has already signed up 20 trade shows for its first year calendar and it doesn't even open until 2007. All the world's major organisers are jockeying for position there.

Then, why face the miserable Immigration Lines in LA when you can enjoy the same thing on the South China coast?

Don't forget, Macau took in more gambling dollars than Las Vegas last year (according to Steve Wynn's team) and that's before the biggest of the new casinos are even built.
