It was just pointed out to me (thanks, Kip) that I was mentioned and quoted in an article titled "A Few Planners Turn to Blogs for Promotion" in the June 13 issue of Meeting News.
MediaLive was also interviewed for the article.
Last September I had dismissed MediaLive attempts at blogging ("The Loop") as being pointless, but their revised model of using blogs to "write" their show dailes makes a ton of sense. And they've gotten better at using their event blogs as cross-promotional vehicles as well as improving overall quality of content and tone - which in their case, support exhibitor PR efforts. So I'll give credit where credit is due here, nice job MediaLive.
